Tokyo Snow Club is committed to doing everything within our means to provide a safe environment for travellers and to slow the spread of the virus throughout Japan. The following safety protocols and guidelines apply to all our trips and events.
Face Masks
Face masks are required to be worn at all times during transportation to and from tour destinations, including buses, trains and ferries. Please prepare and bring face masks for this purpose.
Buses
Our buses have been newly equipped with state of the art air filtration systems including plasma cluster filters and ozone purifiers. Buses are deep cleaned and disinfected before and after each trip.
Traveller Health
Travellers feeling ill or displaying any symptoms of the virus will not be allowed to join the trip.
Travellers will have their temperature checked with a digital thermometer (two second scan of forehead) prior to boarding transportation. Travellers with temperatures exceeding 37.5 degrees will not be allowed to attend the trip.
In the case, that a traveller is not allowed to join the trip due to the above reasons, trip credit will be given to the customer who can not join.
