クラフトビアマルシェ in 白馬

概要

クラフトビールとは「小規模な醸造所（ブルワリー）で高い醸造技術を持ったビール職人が、美味しいビールを追い求め、丹精込めて造ったビールのこと。」そしてマルシェとは、生産者と消費者が直接結びつく市（いち）。「生産者の顔が見える安心」だけでなく、醸造所の方々がビールに込めている想いやこだわりを来場の皆様に知っていただける場です。食を通じて、人と人がつながり、食べて、飲んで、知って、酔いしれて（？）、楽しんで頂ける、盛りだくさんな「Craftbeer marche in Hakuba」を目指しています。　6月の白馬は雪も解け、あたたくなり始めた爽やかな陽気です。心地よいライブパフォーマンスや各種ワークショップも楽しみながら、美味しい食べ物をつまみに、白馬に来られる観光客の方を中心に、白馬近郊に住む方々、地元の宿泊業者、飲食店の方・・・いろんな方々にクラフトビールを味わっていただくとともに、クラフトビールをもっと身近に興味を持っていただけたらと企画いたしました。

行程

DAY 1

7:00:

Meet in Shinjuku. Board our private charter bus. Depart for Hakuba! Stop along the way for brunch.

11:00 ~ 12:00:

Arrive at the hotel & leave our luggage.

12:00 ~ 21:30:

Hakuba Beer Festival! Craft beers on tap from many breweries all over Japan. Live music, performances, workshops, food stalls & other attractions.

DAY 2

7:30:

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

9:00 ~ 16:00:

Another day out at the beer festival OR optional downhill mountain biking OR canyoning/rafting

16:00 ~ 20:00:

Board out private charter bus and head back to Shinjuku. Stop for dinner along the way.

Trip Notes

Standard rooming is 3~5 people in shared rooms, seperated by gender. If you have 4 or more friends you can stay together in a private room, regardless of gender for no extra charge. Please note your friend's names on the booking form if booking seperately.
There are limited, private two person rooms available. The hotel charges a surcharge for these which varies. To book a private room, please book the trip for two people and the option and pricing will appear on the booking form.

So. Much. Fun! The first day was the festival which was a blast. Second day I got to just wander around and go up the mountain. Awesome! And the hotel was super nice with an osen that my tattoo'ed self can use which is always nice to find.
