A great guide; a lovely day out

Highly recommended! Our guide, Daff, is very friendly and has great knowledge of the area. It was great to find some good spots that otherwise you'll miss if not for insider information. Thanks Daff!! Other people in group were also friendly and kind. We came at the right time to catch Autumn foliage in their glory. Mt. Mitake in Autumn foliage is absolutely gorgeous!

It was a good hiking experience. Although the group was big, our guides were attentive enough and wait for everyone in most corners. The course s said to be beginner level and we all enjoyed it.

With 30 hikers the group was quite large. However the 2 guides got everything well organised. The weather was good and the group, which was made up of people from at least 10 different nations, were all in a good mood and soon busy chatting to each other. Unfortunately for the return train journey there was a hitch with the tickets, so we all had to pay individually, but we were reassured that the cost would be refunded. All in all a very pleasant days hiking with the opportunity to meet nice people.

Clear info to get to meeting point. Great trip lead. Yoshi’s vibe made everyone feel relaxed and the group as a whole was great company. We had great weather and the itinerary was a good pace.
